Exercise: Meeting Your Inner Healer
Once you feel deeply grounded in your body, take a moment to shift your awareness into the inner landscape of your heart center again.
Just like last time, imagine a small version of yourself moving inward into the landscape of your heart center. Take a moment to get situated and notice the current state of your heart.
Once you feel centered there, call out for your Inner Healer to join you.
Notice who comes.
They might be very apparent right away, or you may experience more of a subtle feeling that you need to spend some time with, describing and engaging the felt sense in your body until your Inner Healer becomes clear to you.
Once you have a sense of them, see if you can describe them. What stands out to you about their appearance, clothing, mannerisms?
Notice how you feel standing in their presence. Can you put words to what you are feeling as you connect with them?
Now, sense if they have a message for you at this time. Remember this might or might not be a message in the form of words. It might be a feeling in your body, or an emotional quality, or an image, or even a memory that comes to you. Receive the message and describe it, putting it into words as best you can.
If the message feels nourishing or supportive (even if it scares you a bit), see if you can allow yourself to receive it in your whole body as a blessing. Let the quality of the message be in your body as big as it wants to be.
When you feel complete, thank your Inner Healer, your heart, and your body for sharing this experience with you. Take a deep cleansing breath, filling yourself up with Earth energy and exhaling down into the Earth, allowing your experience of the landscape to dissolve.
